I agree, I wouldn't want to put up with the nonsense on the Roundtable Board here on the Ebay Outlook forum
I'm afraid of the RT. Made the mistake of going there in 2004. Haven't been back in ages. Some of the posters there really challenge my ability to believe in human intelligence.

Thanks for the advice..however I think what I'm going to do is obviously finish processing my orders, and then start sourcing "New Blood". I stashed some cash away under my mattress "For A Rainy Day", I think this qualifies as one of those don't you? Ha! Which one was that Roadsmith? I've had many black eyes over on the RT! But....I think most will agree.. that I give as good as I get.. LOL...no..no.. Maggie couldn't survive over here with the kinder gentler ones...hee hee.. tried it one other time and got a month vacation from Vendio.

Ex -- Unfortunately, this is after the fact, but perhaps it will help a lurker out there who has run into the same problem. If you receive a warning from Ebay, and you aren't sure of what you did wrong, come to this board and ask! Don't ignore it! There are very knowledgeable people on this board who could point out your mistake so that you can correct it BEFORE being suspended.
Unfortunately, you were suspended. I think you've learned some good lessons from this mistake, albeit very expensive and time consuming, but now you can make the necessary changes.
If I were in your shoes, I'm not so sure that I would even attempt to sell your item again (even following ebay's rules). I would be afraid that I was blacklisted and even following the rules, ebay still could suspend you permanently. Then you would have the mess of hiring an attorney, etc.
This is one of those instances that have gone way too far and perhaps past the point of redemption. Finding another source to sell your items might be the best route to go. If it were me, I'd find something else to sell on ebay.
You've taken a bashing by some of us with very good grace. Bravo to you!

My listings were pulled for violating Ebays Weapons, and Gun Policy. I wasn't aware I was violating an INT laws etc, for I was never told I was violating any International Laws etc?"

..IF this part of the above ["My listings for international shipment etc...."], is the SELLERS infraction; eBay certainly did tell you - 4 TIMES...again, read the guidelines..it says you cant "offer for sale." maybe my rationale is all wrong, but if you cant offer IT, then you certainly canT sell IT.

Fenix, i presumed in my earlier post that since seller admitted that shipping int'l, while competition didnt, THIS was the reason for suspension.

again, if one reads the guidelines, ebay states that it is not possible/plausible to know each country's laws on firearms..therefore, they aren't to be offered...
