This is a tasty one...

For your curiosity --- you are a Libra rising, also a Libra Moon, and if it is of immediate help - it appears to me that what is happening with your career is that you are becoming disillusioned. You are not feeling good about it.
This does not mean toss the baby with the bath water, you may get a large affect with subtle adjustment which may be preferable when you have a large investment.

Let me think it through. You do the same.
See, if you want out- I can tell you very clearly how to best / consciously achieve it and what other type things you may excel at.
OTOH if you want to ride it out - alternately, I can tell you how navigate through.
I can see where medicine is a good career for you but your chart is highly dynamic and you could do 100,000 other things well also - so this is your call.

Anyway - two major transits one then the other and right now you are melting.. on the career front I mean.

Your normally dynamic fiery goal oriented energy (Lots of Leo affected here) being squared by T Neptune and so kiss focus goodbye.
This is your Mars I am talking about. Your drive, your male energy. Also your Venus (they are on top of each other in Leo) so what was once real sweet in the earthy 10th house "real world" is now washing away in the tide.

Note that you say "ego" in combination with career, and in fact you have a 10th house (career) packed with Leo (ego). Very self aware, highly intuitive. Spider sense too. Good for healing, but good for everything else too.

This is your immediate deal. Tell me where you want to go if you know. Otherwise I will work to outline your options. I will also run through the basics.

PS - you are a "quiet" Gemini because you have Saturn (restriction) in the 3rd house / Gemini / communication and so careful about what you say.
Also, your Gemini Sun is in the 8th (Scorpio) and so does not broadcast information. It absorbs. When it does "exude" info - it does so in a very directed and concentrated way.

More, more, more. Told ya it was tasty
to be continued asap..

From another thread:

Agreed, Mark is quite handsome. What surprised me was that he's only 29.

Ut oh! Saturn Return!

This is for the Taurus with the kind words and no birth time.
First, I want to say that I assume *nothing* when I write this stuff. I do it because I can and there is a demand - offer information for a person to peruse. They can apply, or discard at their discretion - power, free will of an individual to run their life as they choose is at the core of my entire belief system.

So...
Here is your deal - the part that is apparent considering I do not have your whole chart without a time.

You have a massive stellium in Taurus. Sun, Venus, Saturn, Jupiter and Uranus. Extraordinary.

Since about 1995 T Uranus has been in Aquarius squaring Taurus. This has no doubt brought much change. Hopefully you have read some of what I have wrote about the fast change that accompanies Uranus transits.

If you are typical of the sign, and with this much Taur I don't know how you could NOT be - it has brought some grief as you likely have struggled against massive to impetus to change which of course Taurus hates.

So the picture here is of a stubborn (I do not mean that derogatory) bull holding their ground as winds of change (understatement) whip everything around them into a frenzy - tree's uprooted and so forth, but there you are - still there - trying to ride it out..

6 years you resist.

Now here is the deal...
Your Uranus transit will wind up very early 2003. You may manage to hold your ground until then. In fact, if anyone can do it - you can - you are like a massive oak cabinet, but where it has been hard last few years - it is going to get even harder this next year.

The reason is the way your Taurus planets are laid out. Transit hit you Sun, your Venus, your Saturn -- and you are still there but it is now tango with your Jupiter (Wants FREE) and last your natal Uranus (Wants FREE NOW) and so you see -- the force is on the increase here, and I have to admit - I would put my money on the universe.
What do I mean?
That you are going to go to your future. That you simply will not be able to hold your ground two more years.

Now, on the "absorb more pain".
This is astutely correct.
You have a Pisces Moon.
I don't know what you have been reading, but I have wrote extensively about Pisces Moon / 12th house and bottom time is that unlike Taurus tough hide, Pisces Moon is completely and utterly permeable. The analogy I use (that people hate, but so what, it is what I mean) is the movie "The Fly".
See that guy gets locked up with a fly and so becomes part fly. This is the extent that a Pisces Moon mixes with what (people and things and feelings) is in the environment, and so I want to validate your own diagnosis.

Two more things.
Pisces Moon is going to be T by Saturn sometime next 2 years. I do not know exactly when because without a birth time I do not know the degree of your moon and so the math is nebulous but this transit is going to bring a very serious mood -- force you to take responsibility regarding your feelings.

IOW - this idea that you are absorbing negativity?
The outcome here is obvious. You are going to wind up in such heavy pain that you are going to have to clutch it up and take care of yourself.

There is another (possible) factor too. Depending on the degree of your Pisces Moon (this may have passed) T Pluto will also square from Sagittarius and so more heat where you are most sensitive. I am not trying to make you feel bad. I am trying to tell you that what you are up against - what you are trying to resist is formidable and so you gotta ask yourself if the reason why is worth it. Next thing you want to ask yourself is *if* you manage to stand your ground and the storm passes, will you like where you are?

Be well.

I am back on the quiet Gemini.

First what you are not going to be dealing with - time frame, I am looking out next 1-1 1/2 years.
No depression, no chaos or huge upheavals, and no hardship as in "this to shall pass.." or "you will have to endure..."

Your deal here - what is on your plate concerns your career and public image which is tied to your ego because of all the Leo in the 10th. Now I know this is what you are asking about, my point is to let you know that you do not have some new priority 3 months out that will supersede this.
I had a gal a couple weeks ago and I wanted to write "paint your toenails for the next 3 or 4 months" because so much was coming right around the corner - what she did *today* was really of no consequence. In your case - this really is the thing to deal with and the pressure (which feels different than "pressure" but for lack of a better word) will be swirling around through 2003.

Okay... Here is how this plays.
You have all this Leo in the 10th and so you really care about status. You want to be respected. (No judgment here - just statement of fact)
This is natal condition - the way you are.

Now here comes T Neptune transit to all this Leo (Mars, Venus, Uranus conjunction).
Neptune erases and obscures. Is it real or is it a hologram? It is literally impossible to focus.

Now this is exasperated in your case because it is your career all tied up with your ego being erased but get this...

The "stage" N Neptune is conjunct your Moon AND conjunct your ascendent which is how you present yourself to the world.

Example - in your case WITHOUT Neptune transit -- you are "Hi I am _____, I am pretty (Libra rising).. well reeeeally pretty with shiny hair (ruler Venus in Leo , pleasant, caring (Moon rising), polite, (Libra), professional (Cardinal Libra + 10th house), generous (Leo)...... etc, etc...

With Neptune transit - very frankly you are not sure of any of this.

Now some years ago you were the bomb. In control of how you were perceived and this ability is leaving - has left the building. This does not mean that you are no longer the bomb - what it means is that you are not sure and also at a loss as to what other people do/will think and if you think about this you start to see how London Bridge is falling down.

It is very disorienting, especially at first, but it does have it's fun angle once you get used to it, but that would be blathering.

Now big picture here ... a large part of you is melting. Things are going to get very soft around the edges, you are going to be going where you are going in dense fog. What this is going to teach you - what it is designed to teach you is to have faith.

Works like this.

Say you may wake up one day and say "I can't do this anymore" and mean it. Neptune dissolves. This would be indication for you to let go (you can't hold on) and trust that what comes to you will be better suited.
This is the type of scenario you can expect.
It is like holding on to your "image" your Venus, your tastes is going to become exceedingly difficult if not impossible. You will release, or more succinctly look to see that what you were holding is simply no longer there and having nothing to grab --- well it leaves you with one option and it is spiritual.

In the end this is what this is all about. You are due to trade in who you are to become a more faith filled person.
Think of Madonna turning in one image for another Yoga one... (or Yoda one )
Like that.
Although initially frightening, the prospect I mean, what will happen is that you will eventually submit and go with the current and then it will just flow.
This is not all that foreign to you. Well, it is to Leo in the 10th that wants to be seen as successful - but you do have Moon conjunct Neptune in your chart and so innate psychic sensitivity which will be heightened at this time.

As I have said before - Neptune is basically the let go, let God transit (where you define God however you want). That is the bottom line.

Other than this - the other thing as far as your future is concerned --- T Jupiter will transit your Sun in June and be nearly exact on your birthday giving you a super Solar Return..
Jupiter is forward looking concerned with what is ahead and you will very likely get the info you want (see your dream for the future - Jupiter = vision/future) ) by the week of your birthday. T Saturn will follow and you will work to manifest.

The reason I mention this though is that Jupiter on your Sun is another indication of increased spirituality so what I think is going to happen here is a whole new world......

(That last is sung to the Aladdin tune)

A whole new world where success as you have previously defined it, morphes into something you have not fathomed before.
You will be living amongst nuances and really... once you get used to it you will transcend the concern you are having at the moment.

...and from the EO thread -- when Saturn leaves Taurus and transits Gemini - most certainly this will slow the mail (no Sat delivery).
I also think they bought all the new trucks, the big ones with Jupiter in Gemini fat and happy, what goes up never comes down, not, and so reality (Saturn) right around the corner.

This is pure blather. Kind of for Silk Moth and anyone else who may be learning to think in astrology.

I was thinking about Dr. Phil. The "tell it like it is" guy on Oprah Winfrey. Don't know who he is?
Here are some quotes:

~~~~~~~~
You only attract married men? What are you doing
to attract them?" — Phil
"I really don't know..." — Karla
"Just don't have a clue? Button your blouse and
we'll go on to the next question!" — Phil
"I'm always late. I don't feel like I do it on purpose
at all!" — Jennifer
"And they buy that crap from you?" — Phil
~~~~~~
Dr. Phil is a blunt guy. He puts a lot of people off, but I think he's the bomb.
Anyway, this is about Pluto.

Pluto is how we heal. It has to do with psychology. So what occurred to me, is that Pluto is in Sagittarius and so Sag blunt truth is the therapy of the decade.
Focus on the truth.

So I look back...
When Pluto was in Scorpio, everywhere you look, the shadow side of sex. Repressed memories. This stuff was on the cover of every magazine in the country.
Focus on what is subconscious and hidden.

So I look back...
When Pluto was in Libra, we had "I'm Okay, You're Okay.."
Focus on relationship.

Anyway, this amused me. We are progressing. The collective I mean.

VM:

notes notes notes

I see that Mars is retrograde in Sag and will re-conjoin Pluto mid-July. This should denote an intensification of the energies, yes?

Silk Moth - Mars is like the fire that lights the dynamite - the trigger. Right now it is this highly highly volatile situation but still mostly hidden.

When Saturn gets in this mix, squares from Gemini - that is when it is really going to get ugly.

Bigger view, Mars is hotting up Pluto. Inflaming, and it does not blow over, or pass, it just keeps burning in the same place.
So here is Pluto hot and powerful and ready to blow, and then here come T Saturn to square.
This is cruel on a large scale. This is in the collective I mean.

To individuals - people with planets at the mid degrees of the mutable signs are in the hot seat.
Oh well.
