No, neither. I saw jlpiece come in in the middle of the night obviously having been stewing and posting responses in each of those threads as though he'd been held back from doing so for a long, long time.
So I frustrated him.

I doubted "and frustrates jlpiece" would fit in the title, so I went without it.

Actually, jlpiece's return should be regarded as encouraging.
Before he was suspended on May 21st, jlpiece received something like five warnings (not counting nudges) -- including two final warnings -- in the space of about 35 days.
Now he's back after a mere two weeks of suspension. And already trying to get under certain members' skin.
Imagine how heartwarming this is to posters such as KatyD and myself, who were both suspended for 30 days earlier this year without the benefit of even half the warnings jlpiece received -- let alone two final warnings.
It certainly sends a message that we can be disruptive and disrespectful now without fear of lengthy reprisal, and that upon our return we can resume whatever mischief got us suspended in the first place.
It's very uplifting!
P.S. Glad to see the level of consistency at AW remains ... well, consistent.

Thin skin is not an asset here.

Spazmodeus, your crimes were perhaps more Spaz-odious?
(I couldn't help it)

If everyone locks down their threads before anyone can disagree with them it is going to be pretty short and boring around here.

Get real, those threads were open quite a while, open to disagreement, or is it discussion. Were you out sick or something?

More odious? No. More noble, perhaps, as both Katy and I were suspended because we stood up for our principles, rather than the "crime" of just being a general nuisance.

You had your chance after the first time I posted that, kraft.
Come on Spaz. You don't mean to say that you think anyone thinks that I'm ever serious.
And Gravid, son, you're getting more like spaz's biddies every day.

I can reopen any of those threads if I so choose, my friend. I simply made points that others should have, but failed to do during my exile.
Locking them only proves my points to be unarguably solid, so I thank you.
Besides without me around you've gotten soft.

You can't "reopen" those threads JL. Only a moderator can. You could open NEW threads addressing the same topics, but it's doubtful anyone other than yourself would post to them.

Has it only been two weeks, Spaz? My, how time flies when you're having a good time.
The frustration quotient must have been full to bursting which would explain the need to post to nearly every thread initiated in the last two weeks.
Our "sentence" was longer Spaz, because we posted in "contempt of Court" which is a worse offense (I think) than being tried for general obnoxiousness. Also, our sentences was handed down by the "Chief Justice" so no "plea bargains". At any rate, while I think my probation is up, I've given up my life of crime, and am attempting to stay on the straight and narrow. There will, however, always be those "habitual offenders"...
