Hey there... I've been trying for two hours to get my "pending" listing up to ebay.

I click the "launch now" button.. and it still reads Processing... WITHOUT actually launching over to ebay.. whatz up???

Earlier today, I listed 10 items at least with no problems. Tonight.. they just arn't going thru.. at all... is this on my end? Or a problem with Vendio/ Ebay?????

I reported it through email help. That could take 24 hours. If you pay for phone help, please give them a call and report this problem.

Please, someone who has paid to talk to a live person, please do so!!!!

With all of our luck, they will launch in the middle of the night, which would really suck!!!

I have just been able to manually launch. The pics wouldn't load, but hopefully that will be fixed quickly.

We don't need this problem right now....we are just recovering from Uglio Dealio!

I had some that I had tried to launch so I went into them and clicked on "Undo Launch" as I don't want them to go in the middle of the night either!

I really don't want to do them on a Sunday night and I have about 1 hour now before it gets too late to launch this evening.

Spunkyjo you were very lucky. I always manually launch mine but they are stuck in processing.

I think it's about time we heard from someone.

Hello,

It appears that there is severe launch latency over at eBay:

We are monitoring this latency but this means that items will be stuck in processing for longer times than normal. It is the peak of selling season so latency is bound to happen on days it does not normally occur. If your items error out, please let us know.

Regards,

Sonya

Dont launch!!! My pending items that I launched now are lost in vendioland! They are not in pending and not on ebay. We deserve a huge refund on our HUGE monthly bill!

I am going to try launching directly on ebay and see how bad the latency is..

I just checked the EBay Technical issues board to see if anyone is complaining and no-one is and usually that Board is filled with complaints the minute anything goes wrong.

Sonya, why are there no pics? It says they are loading, but they never do.

Also, why are others listing on Ebay through ebay without problems?

We all pay a lot to use this auction management service and many, like myself, have paid for this service for years.

If Vendio can't give better service in the most critical selling time, what does that say about Vendio's loyalty to the customer, morals in general and business ethic?

I'm sorry, but I don't see anyone else having a problem listing on ebay besides "us"...Vendio users.

I expect that I am not the only one that will expect a large discount on the HUGE monthly bill.

Hey Sonya:

I just relisted an item directly on Ebay without a problem!!!

The problem is clearly on the shoulders of Vendio, so get someone on this asap!!!

Hello,

We are looking into this -- we will post back with more info. In the meantime please do not cancel and launch the items or you could potentially cause duplicates.

Sonya

Sonya:

You are a bit late telling us not to cancel and relaunch.

Shame on you for trying to blame it on Ebay, when you (Vendio) should have been directing your efforts on resolving the issue...

Hey everybody (including Sonya):

I just checked my pending listing (Vendio) and got the following error message:

The following message was returned from the scheduler while attempting to list your auction:

Unknown launch error.
We were unable to verify the launch of your auction at ebay. It is possible that your auction did launch, so we suggest that you check the auction venue directly to verify before attempting another launch.

If this error message does not provide enough information regarding the source of the auction error, you may preview the auction insertion. Otherwise you may edit the auction information or attempt to schedule the auction again.

I checked with ebay an I they didn't launch there...

So now what?

This whole site is having problems. I keep having to reload to get the page back.

This listing problem is costing sellers LOTS of money. Portions of that money that vendio would have received, they will not because the sellers can not sell their widgets due to faulty equipment.

It just seems that they would WANT to own up to the problem, not blame it on ebay, and make it right so we all can profit!

This day is one of the biggest, best and most profitable days to list. Do you hear / understand that Vendio?

bloomingdeal, who are you?

I can see that there are a growing herd of unhappy vendio users that are paying for a service that is not being delivered on an important listing day.

If not resolved asap, I will be letting my CC Company know and dispute the monthly charge and suggest everyone effected by this do the same, unless Vendio is proactive and does the right thing and give anyone effected a generous refund...
