That's cheating. Three members of my family have asthma and can not get handicap stickers for their cars, no matter how bad their asthma is. She must have gotten one for something else.

Yes, Wal-mart or any singular store I can see going to. The spots in my area (which encompasses over 100 miles to get to any mall!) are all in large malls, anchored by Penney's or Sears or Macy's. These are not little malls we're talking about.

I wasn't scheduled for my first, but was for my second and it was a heck of a lot easier to plan the second time around

The Mall Of America in Bloomington, MN has stork spots. I have never understood that as it is a mile around each level. I don't know how any woman who needs a close parking spot could begin to walk around the mall.
