My non-USA buyers usually have no trouble using BidPay.com. They accept international credit cards. Then, they mail a Western Union money order to the seller. It's not as quick as PayPal, but it does work!

I also recommend BidPay.com, or International Western Union money order. I just got burned for $500 by having the buyer's "friend" Paypal me and have me ship directly to Thailand. Ended up being a fraudulent Paypal account.

BidPay.com had a Moneyorder in my mailbox after 3 days. Buyer lives in Finnland. There is a charge for the buyer, but it's free and fast for the receiver. I loved the ease of transaction, and recomend BidPay to all my international buyers from now on.

I live in Luxembourg ( Europe ) and are a seller on eBay.I use the service of CCNow.com.The service is impeccable. They accept all major credit card and send you to your convenience ( normally 2 time a month ) a check .Of course the fees ( 9 % ) is salted ( 8% during november/december ) but I repeat the service is impeccable and when the customer claim a refund ( of course that can arrived ) they reimburse you the fees ( 9% ) you have pay.CCNow is very customer friendly.
