I am new to ebay....have made a few purchases and want to sell also....I keep in touch with my seller from the get go...I have received one damaged item...the seller was wonderfully helpful...the post office was a different story...I gave her very possitive feedback because she really extended herself in trying to help...I haven't gotten money back from insurance YET! All the sellers I have encountered seem more than willing to go the distance and when they do I will also...am hoping my selling experiences will be as positive!
