BEWARE of the sellers out there who are selling but never honor the items. This happened to me and another bidder with the same seller but different auctions. How can a thing like this be stopped?? We both left BAD feedback so hopefully this will be effective. Hope future bidders take a good look at this seller's feedback.

Do post feedback. That is all any of us have to go on. I am having problems with a seller now that has all positive feedback, but everyone received their items. I received a damaged item and the seller will not respond to the 3 emails. The only recourse I have is feedback. I will be the first negative feedback this seller has received so if anyone reads it and takes it seriously they will know that the seller doesn't stand behind their sales.

I know how frustrating it can be when your emails are not answered, but do recommend giving some extra time to a person with an unblemished record. Sometimes it's as simple as being away for a week or the computor crashed which does not get fixed on the spot. My son had recieved a couple of unwarrented negs after not responding for a couple of days and it was just that he was not there to respond immediately. Good luck and I would recommend you place negative feedback if you continue to be ignored as it is the only way to judge that persons performance.

Thanks for the advice Ken. I am going to give them up until 24 hours before the last possible day I can leave feedback. I had thought about that situation also and want to try and be as understanding as I possibly can.

Another thing you can do is email them from another email address. Sometimes emails are down or maybe they have blocked sender and they aren't getting it. I had this happen (blocked sender)with two of my customers. I couldn't get through to them and tried emailing them from another email. It worked.

I know how frustrating it is to buy something then never receive it. It happened to me - twice. Turns out, the problem was at the Post Office. Thankfully both times I opted for the insurance. If a seller offers insurance my advice is to take it. I actually got a call from the post office on one item telling me that one of their trucks was broken in to and items were stolen. Among them apparently was my item! So, insurance is the way to go. If the seller doesn't offer it, tell them that you want it. It will protect you in the event you don't get your item! It was also fortunate that I examined all possible explanations BEFORE I'd leave negative feedback. Had I not, a seller would have had a permanent mark for something that was not their fault.
If you still have trouble getting your merchandise from a seller, contact your local Attorney General's office. In Ohio that's Betty Montgomery. They may be able to help. They have helped me on other matters.
I had to delete your posts as they identified an auction ID. This is prohibited by the Community Guidelines.
