I'm Ebay user from 1998, and as you can see I do not do mach business on Ebay, because I'm not here
to make money. I'm 50 years old and have two grand sons, and if I buy or sell
something on Ebay it most a trade from
my old video and photo equipment to new cameras or updating to my computer, which I use to take a
video of
photos of my family and grand sons. I never was interesting in any promotional money PayPal offer, and
I'm absolutely don't care about five box PayPal offer for a new "victim". Lets make this absolutely clear:
its only $83.20 of my money was frozen by PayPal, some of you why already got cot in this scam
loosing now more ,
maybe mach more money then my lost. But I'm
here not because of the money, I'm here because my constitutional rights was violated. PayPal acting
like inquisition without given you any explanations. They never send any email to
inform that your account is frozen, they not reply on your e-mails ones you are become a victim.
They don't need a judge or court order to arrest your money. They will not present any document or
proof of
anything they will accuse you.
They strip you of all rights. They judge you without given you right to defense yourself. They let some
punk, like John Kothanek, who pretend to be a new Sherlok Holms tell you nonsense like: " you login to
your PayPal
account using deferent severs around the world... " and you know that you are never leave your room
in your
home. First its sound crazy, than you ask him to send you a hard copy of his findings and you have a
right to
receive those proofs. And this will be denied. I'm still never received anything from PayPal, even the
last time John told me that Investigation is over and my money confiscated. I do not have official
document on his decision and will never be able to see one.
Who is this John Kothanek? Who gives him a power to override the Constitution, override the Law of his
own
State of California and my State of New York and any other State?
So all I'm doing here its try to help you people to escape from this Scam.
There is more victims up there and more to come. BEWARE! You are next.

Although I read through that long dissertation with many words spelled incorrectly, I am not clear on exactly what happened. My thought would be to leave the emotion out of it and try to clearly and concisely make the point. I have had no trouble with PayPal at all. After reading your note, I don't even know what to be on the lookout for!

I didn't brake any PayPal regulations. It was only one account, one credit card, one address, one telephone
number, same e-mail address as it now.
And about in the middle of august I was tried to send someone money for the item
I bought on Ebay. I have $83.20 on PayPal account which was left from previous transactions. I didn't
requested because I was planing to buy more things to updating my computer. But I couldn't do it, my account
was restricted. I never received any
e-mail from PayPal that something went wrong, no warnings, no contact. First I made phone call using they 800
number customer service, but they customer rep didn't know what happen to my account or didn't want to tell
me. They also was surprise that i never received any e-mail with notice about restriction. They
try to check if it was e-mail and find out it wasn't, not in the record.
All customer service reps, and I have a listing of names I spoke to, told me that this is not in jurisdiction of
customer service and I have to contact [email protected]. I did it and not just ones. Absolutely
no respond. Finally someone told me to call
John and provide me with a long distance phone number. I spoke to him three times, listen to his nonsense about
my account, things never happen to me. Looks like this guy watch to mach TV. So I told him, if anything illegal
happened to my account, he mast turn all his findings to special authorities for investigation and on the mean
time he can hold account restricted but i want to have everything, what he just told me in writing with all the
proofs attached.
John Kothanek denied my right to have an explanation of his charges in writhing, He also told me , that he
doesn't need a judge
or court order to frozen my money.
If some one see this, like everything OK,
than I'm apologize for taking your time.
