I bid on a Sony monitor and was one of three winners. The monitor I actually received was a Micron monitor. I tried several times to get this resolved. They basically stated that they sent the right monitor and have ignored my emails since then. You would think that a company would be more responsible than individuals.

I also won a bid on a Sony monitor back in August. They never shipped it and when I called they offered to cancel the transaction. I did do that and got a different monitor from them. So far, so good. But then in October I found that they had charged my credit card for the cancelled transaction which I didn't receive. When I called them again, they said they'd "research it and let me know." That has been a couple of weeks ago and now I'm in the dispute process with the credit card company. I'm sure it will work out in the end, but it's pretty poor business practices.
