I don't know if this has happened to anyone, but it sounds like it has happened to a lot of people in PayPal. I just started using ExchangePath for about a month, then out of nowhere, they suspended my account. Now, I can't get access to my account and all my fund ( $3000 + ) is locked up in there, not to mention my other auction buyers will be paying me to that account.
I tried contacting their customer service, they just reply by e-mail that it's in "investigation" and something about my pattern of withdrawing the money from them is wrong.
I called their customer service and the guy told me that the department dealing with suspended account is at another number. I called that number and it's an answer machine. I haven't been called back since then.
I am really frustrated and don't know what to do. I feel like suing ExchangePath !!
Any information or suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

I have recently discovered that of all the services, Exchangepath is the worst when it comes to security. The crooks are quickly finding out how easy it is to sign up with them because they dont even record the cardholder's address. Unfortunately, if one of your customer's used a stolen credit card, EP will go after you.

The thing worse than paypal is that you don't get to even check your statement. You are immediately logged off.

I've never had a problem with paypal or billpoint. But now I have a suspended account with exchange path. As far as I know there is no money in there, except for the $10.00 I was told through AW I would recieve for using them as a payment option.... (Now that would be insane as the account is suspended :p ) ...Anyway as far as I know I never even used them before this, so It cannot be a fraudulent use issue. I sent email and am awaiting a reply...Until that time when this is resolved to my satisfaction I'm pulling exchange Path's option off my auctions.

Well, with no notice or explanation, my exchangepath account was suspended as of this morning. I have upwards of $300 that is trapped there.
No payments have been received from ANYONE outside the US. I have no reason to suspect suspicious activity of any kind.
Of course, an EP suspension means, not only can you not retreive your funds, but YOU CANNOT EVEN LOG ON to check what you've received, what's cleared, what's pending, etc. Totally inexcusable.
I have e-mails in to EP, and a phone message left for them. I will keep members here updated on this. Pam, if you or another EP member is reading this, I would certainly appreicate your addressing this ASAP.

Follow up:
Even before I received Pam's reply in this thread, I had indeed received an e-mail from someone at EP along with a reactivation of my account. While I of course remained concerned about this, I do want to publicly acknowledge and thank Pam for her prompt action.
Here is a copy of the e-mail I sent in response to the person who contacted me. I don't know if she will be able to address these questions: if someone else is able to, I'd certainly appreciate any replies.
"Thank you for your prompt reply!
I confirmed what you'd said--my exchangepath account is again working
fine.
If you would take a moment to address a few concerns I have about
this, I'd be most grateful.
1. Why was it suspended?
You already had a valid billing address in my case, and my brother's
was not suspended, even though he had not yet entered one.
2. How can I contact EP quickly and reliably, so that I can receive a
quick resolution to this matter in the future?
Had I not known about the Auctionwatch site, I would still be out of
luck. I e-mailed the suspension address, and received an
auto-generated reply asking for credit card information IN THE
RESPONDING EMAIL (!), and nothing else. And I called the
717-506-2205 number on your site, and received an answering machine
that didn't even identify itself as belonging to EP (and I'm sure this
is right, since I called it twice.)

Hello EP Pam, please do something about my account also. It is under fourgrahams. I have called and emailed, and I have heard nothing other than the canned email response to send my CC and billing information to them in an email (right over an unsecure server, you already have them).
Please help me get my money out.
