WHAT IS UP WITH EXCHANGE PATH. We signed up and followed all their requirements for free listing day and with sign up fees. They now have Exchange Path as accepted payment method on all of our auctions and they suspend our account. One of our bidders states they paid us with Exchange Path and I cannot even sign on to check our account. I have not seen the $60. Exchange path owes us either. they will not answer my emails. Suspension letter states we need to provide credit card info and billing address info which we did upon signing up and also with every email to them since. Still no answer from them. Anyone else have a problem?
