BE VERY CAUTIOUS TO THOSE OVERSEAS CC DEALS. 9 OUT OF 10 TIMES IT IS A STOLEN CREDIT CARD. I WILL NEVER ACCEPT CC OVERSEAS BECAUSE OF ALL THE TROUBLE I HAD. IF YOU DON'T GET A SIGNATURE IT WILL GO INTO A CHARGEBACK. THE CARD HOLDER CAN GO BACK 3 YEARS TO REVERSE THE CHARGES. SO PLEASE TAKE IT FROM ME, DO NOT ACCEPT THOSE CARDS.

Hi, I just couldn't let the last comment go by without saying something! International clients are some of the best I have encountered... I have just started my own auction page... my wife has been doing this for several months now. We are in Denmark and we have sold valuable paintings and antiques to buyers in Japan, China, England, Netherlands, Canada and more... Don't let one bad experience spoil your fun... "9 out of 10" stolen overseas credits is just plain silly! International sales can generate lots of cash!
CALL PAY PAL and ask to speek with a supervisor. Ask them to explain the error, request a written explaination and contact your buyer. This could be a simple misunderstanding!
We are registered as both buyers and sellers at Pay Pal and there are some complications with the store codes that they send for confirmation of registration... They appear on the members statement as a three letter internal bank code - and NOT the "store codes" that Pay Pal sends. Which means the member has to correct the error with a long distance phone call and a fax copy of their bank statement... If they are just registered as a buyer, some will not go to the extra trouble. This could be a simple mistake, that niether Pay Pal or the buyer is aware of. DON'T BE NEGATIVE! Most buyers will honor thier commitments. Try and make a few phone calls and see if you can't get a supervisor to help you.
Best of luck to you...
