Very disappointing customer service. These folks take days to read emails. This is a problem if needing to update information in your record. They wind up not reading their email in time to change the shipping address and then won't pick up the charge for the extra cost of shipping it to the correct location. Their mistake, but they want the customer to pay for it. No Thanks!! That's the last time they get 1 penny from me.
Even after explaining the problem, they wouldn't be flexible.
