are almost impossible to change. I moved from my "verified" address over a year ago...have tried and tried to get my new address verfied. Have even talked to a real human being at PayPal who promised "to get back to me" and never did. Now I have been hit with a chargeback from a buyer whom I shippedd to an "unverified" address (just as mine is currently) and, because it was unverified, I can't fight the chargeback AND I am assessed another $10 chargeback fee in addition to the amount of the chargeback. This buyer now has the item and the money and I am out everything since I did not ship it to a verified address. Yes, I know, that is what the TOS states...but I am in the same predicament...have an unverified address because PayPal won't change it. I am beginning to wonder if this is a method to make more money in PayPal fees...What can I do Damon?? snugg

If you can proof that the buyer has the goods, File a complaint with their local police dept.
If you can, file in small claims court.
Hope it was not a large sum and you can recover.
If pp will not help you to verify your new address, close your account then open a new one with your present address.
