Everyone who has had a problem with Paypal needs to fire a letter off to their State Reps, Congress, and Senator. Emails need to bombard the BBB, the FTC, the FBI, to NBC Dateline, 60 Minutes, CNN and then contact Jacoby & Meyers with your individual case. You can do this on line also. As we speak several class action lawsuits are cropping up in each state and it is only a matter of time before Paypal will be forced to shut down until they get on the same page as their account holders. They may very well have many satisfied customers but the number of dissatisfied ones are rising so rapidly that our U.S. government is beginning to take notice. I no longer care about the dollar amount this has cost me, it is now a matter of principal. No one has a right to operate a company in the fashion that Paypal operates. It is up to us to clean up their mess and to see to it they nor no other bogus company can be allowed to operate in this manner. It is time Corporate American learns we are their bread and butter and we will NOT tolerate this type of activity to continue. ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS...everyone needs to act AT ONCE!!! This is Paypal's worst nightmare that we ALL come together and hit them where they hit us...Their wallets!!!

I already received a draft last week of a class action lawsuit related to the Jacoby and Meyers contact information on the site "www.paypalwarning.com". I can't get into details but the case is moving forward and hopefully will soon be filed. Lawyers from the firm Wolf Popper are handling things. (www.wolfpopper.com)
Anyone interested in joining the case should send inquiries to Emily Madoff or Ken Chang.
This lawfirm has handled several high profile cases. Hope this helps. A lot of people talk about Class Action suits but this one is real. It is a real pity it has come to this, just goes to show that if you don't oil the "squeaky wheels" eventually they seize up and your company stops rolling.
What we need is a site that allows people to easily email their complaints about Paypal to the media, state, and federal representatives. Someone could also go to the list of Paypal shops to inform existing sellers of their risk. No need to be rude or alarmist, just let them know that Paypal can and will restrict accounts and refer them to "www.paypalwarning.com". Also I wouldn't do anything stupid like mass mailing them. The one at a time personal approach is the best. Even if 1 in 10 decide the risk is too great and close their accounts, Paypal will get the message. I would wager that at least 40% of them are not aware of the risks involved with using the service nor that Paypal has informed the SEC that it expects Cert to ask the court that Paypal be forced to suspend service. I doubt that Paypal has emailed its sellers and buyers with this information. Just some ideas.
