Sellers and Buyers beware. I had a package returned to me back in February of this year. I recieved the package and wrote them a check. They kept sending me invoices for the said amount. I would phone them and explain to them that I had paid it. This must have happened about 3 times and every time they would tell me the same thing. They assured me that it had being taken care of and to just ignore the invoices. Today I get a threating letter from a collection agency to pay the amount in full. I ask what type of idiots does UPS have working for them?

Probably the same type idiots who handled one of my packages last fall. The package was sent to a buyer in CA. It went from here (Battle Creek)to the hub in Illinois, then to Cincinnati where it sat for a week, then back to Battle Creek (but not to me, just the local depot), then back to Illinois, then to San Diego where it sat for 3 weeks, and was then finally delivered to the buyer. Fortunately, both the buyer and I were tracking it via the groundtracking system that UPS has online and were in e-mail communication the whole time. Otherwise it could have been resulted in some seriously negetive feedback.

I ordered some socks from a Company in North Carolina one time and couldn't figure out why I wasn't receiving them.I had the Company send the socks to the Address of my local UPS and write "Will Call" on the Box because UPS would not deliver to my home address.Come to find out UPS was riding around with the socks looking for their own address which they couldn't find.I finally got the socks a week later after they traced the package to their own truck.
