I hope you are not talking about Auction Watch.com! I have never received poor service! I received responses to my e-mails within 6-12 hrs. I have had trouble figuring out this program, but with their help, I was able to figure out what I was doing wrong, or how it worked. I have been Very satisfied with this site! In fact, I don't know how I would have kept everything straight. Their auction posting forms are fantastic. And their auction manager is the most informative I have seen. In addition, the counter selection is great.
