This is a follow up on the subject I was complaining previously.

Vendio automatic response to my customer's feedback is missing a lot of auctions. I understand the issue of delays and API problems but Vendio should update the records by itself every so often. You can just run weekly updates for feedback left behind.

Right now I have to got to MY EBAY -> Feedback and check for auctions without feedback and leave it by hand. I have four Vendio accounts and I have to do it for each eBay account separately.

I thought I'm paying YOU to do it for me.

Hello Jack,

Yes, YOU are paying us to automate feedback for YOU-Now that we have that out of the way, how about providing us some examples of feedback not updating correctly?

We will look into the issue and find out why. The most common reason for this is that either the ebay username, email address, or password was updated directly on ebay and unless the ebay "token" is updated inside Vendio, automated feedback can be effected.

If this is intermittent, then you may be right in assuming that it's related to some sort of API delay. However to be sure, again provide us some examples that we can view and pass onto our engineering team.

Updates are being made each week to our infrastructure to mitigate future API delays.

I'm just delightful to know that you understand that we are paying Vendio to do stuff for us.

Here are recent examples of auctions I had to leave feedback by hand:

These items are from my secondary eBay account. I can provide you 3x more examples from my main eBay account.

Hello again,

-it actually sounded like you were asking a question as if you weren't too sure. Glad to be able to clarify things as always.

I'll forward these examples along, however please provide us examples where you have not left feedback already. At a cursory glance, it could be misread to whomever is reviewing this that the feedback is working properly if I show them examples with feedback left. If you have examples from another Vendio account you wish to provide, that would be helpful. Please provide me with that Vendio username and the auctions separately from your Jackmikol account.

Have you updated your ebay token through both accounts, just to ensure that this is not in fact why the feedback is not automatically being updated?

Most current affected auction where I have not left feedback by hand yet:

Customer left feedback on 03/19 10am

Vendio account: jackmikoldeals

Customer left feedback on 03/19 6pm

In average, I have 4-5/week affected auction in my jackmikoldeals account and 8-10/week in my jackmikol account.
