I'm trying to pay for this item. When Vendio transfers me to Paypal, Paypal will not let me pay. I am only having trouble paying for items where sellers are using Vendio. Other payments are processing just fine. I don't know if the problem is with Vendio or with Paypal. How do you suggest I pay for this? Best regards, nXXX Oxxx

I have received a number of complaints over the past few days at first I thought it was an isolated occurrence.

Dave

Hello,

What is the item number for this particular report?
We will try going through to submit payment and see what the error message from PayPal states.

Christopher

It has now been paid using PayPal's manual system.

Hello,

Ok, well if you ever run into another, please let us know. Its still easy to test even when payment has been made.

In that case 931318770 is the order number.

Thanks,
Dave

Hello Dave,

I took a look at this order, but I was unable to get an error from PayPal's end. It appears to be working correctly from what I can see. If this happens again, please let us know the exact error message that is being received, and at what point in the checkout process the error is being received.

Regards,
Nathan

Nathan,
I also come across this problem intermittantly and often repeatedly with the same customers.
I do not have any item numbers for you, but I can tell you that when it happens, while often there is no explanation, sometimes I find that on the customer's shipping address, the country is NOT set at U.S.
Since most U.S. bidders are used to seeing U.S. as a default, I wonder if they do not even notice that this field
must be entered.

I don't know if that will help any or what could be done about it, but I figure more information is always good.

Regards,
Susan.

I had the same problem, and it was because the buyer was trying to pay by eCheck and I had it disabled in my PayPal settings.

Don't forget to review ALL eBay, PayPal, and Vendio settings about once a month. One must make sure they all agree.

I periodically fine-tune policies based on customer reactions, and frequently need to comb through all of the settings to make sure that no settings conflict.
