The error mentioned by Vendio is:

"The venue ebay has possibly returned the following message:

Error 17103: Invalid PostalCode.
Please enter a valid PostalCode. "

What I'm doing wrong ?

And this only happens in SOME listings. Why ?

Hello azeclixpt,

I see that you have your Ship From address as Portugal. Please ensure that you remove any postal code from that area, as it's assumed that you are going to place a US postal code there.

Hi Ed

Thank yo for your reply.

I didn't change any preference or information at Vendio.

I never had problems before.

Even today, with the exact same preferences I can lunch to auctions without any problem.

Did Vendio change anything ?

Hello,

No changes here, which item/s failed that after making no changes to them you were able to resubmit without error?

Christopher

Hello Jose,

His question was were you able to list those errored items without making any changes? There would be no changes on our side, however ebay may have just not wanted to accept those listing with that zip code provided.

Ed

Hi Ed

I tried to list again the listings with errors, without making any change and it was unsucessefull with error with the same reason.

Now , for ebay auction listings I have exactly the same preferences, and I have no problem.

Also, only 3 days ago I begun to have problems with store items.

Or ebay changed something or you did.

Hello,

While eBay has always errored listings without a 5 digit zip code (you can leave it blank as well) - its certainly possible the filter they use to catch those items simply wasn't functioning properly the last time you submitted them this way.

Christopher
