When setting global preferences for insurance, the window will not accept anything less than $1.00.

However the rates directly from USPS say "0.40" for each additional $100.00.

I am in a quandry here I don't want to lie to customers and charge the additional $.60 cents just because Vendio's software has a bug.

Should I just not offer insurance?

Hello,

Are you trying to enter this information in the "Custom" section for US Rates under "Insurance"? If so you should be able to enter "0.40". What is the exact field where you are trying to enter this information? Also, what is the error that you are receiving? Note also that the custom insurance rates are to be used if you don't want to use the carrier rates. You can also choose to just use the carrier rates.

Regards,
Nathan

Great question! I have another question in another thread about insurance. It has to do with "Auctiva" and the insurance from U-Pic.
