I'm trying to do a simple relist from an auction format into an eBay store format and keep encountering the same error message. This is --

Error 36: An Failed occurred.
An error number "Constraint.StoreFormat.L2CNotSupported" occurred while processing your request.

I was able to successfully relist a few other things into my store the other night but these three items errored out and I have tried four times to get them to relist to no success -- I keep getting the same error message. Can you shed any light on this? Can you help? Thanks!

Hi there,

We'll be happy to take a look-if you can give us some examples SKU's or inventory title so we can try to replicate this error inside your account that would be helpful.

If you look at my account you will see THREE auctions sitting in PENDING with an ERROR message next to them.

What do you mean SKUs?

Hello,

This is an unusual error and I cannot immediately tell what is causing the problem. I took a look at your listing "FINE MAHOGANY END TABLE w/VELVET LINED LOCKING DRAWER" and noticed that you have specified international ship-to locations, but no international shipping options. It is possible that this is what is causing the error. Please select at least one international shipping option for this listing and see if you get the same error. Under the shipping carriers section, you will see a small checkbox labeled "Offer International Shipping". Check this box, and the international shipping options will be displayed. Select your carriers, and try to launch the listing.

If the listing still fails with the error, please let us know. Please also let us know if we can try to duplicate the problem and launch the listing for you (as is) for immediate launch.

Regards,
Nathan

Thanks Nathan -- we always just check
"ships worldwide" and we have noticed that, from time to time, when relisting, that these options somehow magically get changed. I usually catch this problem because it does happen and we always thought it was a Vendio or eBay interface bug. I didn't notice this was an issue this time. I will go back through them and edit these options and try a relist and let you know. Thanks for your eagle eyes on this fix.

Need help again. I've finally tried a relaunch on these error'd out items -- using your idea (I've had the flu all week so have been barely on the computer!).

ANyway, I went in and specified the international shipping auctions on one of these three, tried to launch it and it errored out again. I've always had the "ships worldwide" checked and have never specified international rates before (it really depends on which country so we prefer to stay away from specifying shipping price for international before the auction!) but I was willing to try anything to get these launched so I went through your suggested steps.

Anyway, despite attempting your very creative potential fix, it didn't work. I undid that change, put it back to what it was and you'll find all three errored out auctions sitting back in my pending with the red errors next to them. These items were already auctions twice so all I want to do now is relaunch them into my eBay store. I don't usually have a problem with this and I do not recognize the error message I'm getting -- I've never seen it before. (We do NOT owe eBay any money so that is not an issue here!)

Please help. You are more than welcome to try to launch these three auctions. I've already tried copying them and launching the copies but that didn't work either. Since they are going into my store, it doesn't matter what time they launch. Thanks so much in advance for any help you can offer.

Best regards!

Hello,

I was able to launch all three listing by creating copies of them first. I did this by going to "Sales Manager" --> "Control Panel" --> "All Pending" --> then I previewed the listings to remove the errors --> then I clicked on the "copy" link next to each listing in the "All Pending" page --> then I launched the copies.

The listing numbers are 290119435269, 290119437152, and 290119437837.

I left the originals in your pending listings. Please note that you will most likely want to delete them.

Please let us know if you continue to have trouble with this.

Regards,
Nathan
