3 auctions, the buyer uses the vendio checkout, I get the email and no paypal payment is credited to the auction. I need this to work please. auction numbers 260124420712 260126370341
260124466865 not buy it now or direct to paypal payments because i get the vendio notification.

Hello,
It is possible that the buyers completed Vendio checkout, but did not complete payment at PayPal. Please check your PayPal account and confirm whether these buyers have completed the payment.

I had the same problem with an item paid for last night. The checkout showed that it had been completed but the payment was not showing. Yet I did receive PayPal's email to confirm payment and I did confirm that the money was actually there. The only time this has happened in the past was when the buyer had a problem using the checkout and had to go straight to PayPal to make payment.

Just happened again, received confirmation from vendio and paypal and payment not credited to the auction. let's get this fixed!!!!

My PayPal payments aren't getting marked as paid on Vendio also.

Hello,
The issue with the PayPal IPN has since been resolved. Any newly paid items should be marked off automatically.

I hate to rain on your parade but the issue is not resolved. I have had 4 items paid by paypal which did not import this afternoon.

Hi,
I have had several customers complain about being unable to pay VIA Paypal through the vendio checkout. They had to go to paypal directly to pay. last one was 260129572025. After they go directly to paypal , all is well. Is it a vendio or Paypal issue?????

What happened when your customer tried to pay via PayPal through Vendio? Did they get an error? In exactly what way were they unable to pay through Vendio?

Should this happen again, please try to get some details from the customer about how it is not working. An example where the buyer has not yet paid for the item through PayPal would also be helpful. I checked your listing "260129572025" and I was not able to see any problems with it.
