Can you verify that item number for us? We checked eBay, and they have no record of this item number in their system.

We checked again, and the newly provided item number does appear to be in your active list of eBay listings on Sales Manager.

Perhaps it was a different item that didnt import?

I think you are correct again, the other auction was 120127361979 and for some reason it has now shown up so I have been able to combine and send WBN to customer. Thanks for your help.
