Hello! Why are shipping discounts not calculated automatically when sending an eBay invoice to my customers? Also, in some of my listings, on the shipping and handling area, some will say " Save on shipping: this seller offers shipping discount on combined items" and some do not. Will the insurance rates get updated soon?

We would need to check on how these items were setup originally, to see why eBay may not have the rates available when using their checkout tools when you provided those details to them upon launch.
The insurance rates should be updated very very soon.

Thanks Christopher for your reply. I have some items right now that show and don't show these discounts. And I just had someone buy 7 items from my eBay store and I had to manually do the calculations on the shipping discount. Is there some button I might not have checked/unchecked?

Here are the listings. The first five does not show the shipping discount on the shipping and handling area on Ebay. The last three shows it. Also, these were all bought by one buyer and when I was sending the invoice, it would not calculate the discount automatically. I thought that maybe having both fixed price and calculated shipping is the problem but I tried just the fixed price and it still did not do it.
The last three listings were listed directly through eBay and then imported into Vendio.
For the first listings, what was the shipping discount that you were trying to have setup? How much was your buyer charged for shipping? The first five of these listings were setup for the shipping to be $3.50 for the first listing, and $2.45 for each additional listing.

Hi Nathan, Thank you for your time in this matter.
You are correct about the first five in that the first shipping is $3.50 and the rest is $2.45. When it was time to send the eBay invoice, all came out at $3.50 each and the $1.65 insurance was multiplied by five I had to change the shipping price myself before sending out the invoice.
As far as the last three are concerned, one was listed using Vendio and the other two are listed using sell similar items thru eBay. Which probably makes sense if that is how it the system works but these are not the only ones I had problems with. Another two had the same problems where the buyer could not check out in eBay because the shipping is not showing the discounted price.
Please check these two auctions, one shows the "Save on shipping. This seller offers shipping discounts on combined purchases." on the listing and the other does not show that. Is it because one is fixed and the other is calculated? Shouldn't they both say "save on shipping" because I offer shipping discount regardless of weather it is fixed or calculated?
