Vendio: I am not seeing pictures in any of my ads. I saw it earlier but was busy and its still a problem. Please look into this issue.

Additonal information: I cannot see images when looking on AOL - I did see them when looking on through the Internet Explorer. Also, if its helpful, the thumbnails do show on AOL, but when you open up the ad, the pics do not show inside.

Our engineers are currently working on this problem. While the images are viewable from most locations, there is a small percentage of people that are currently unable to view the Vendio images.
We will be performing a short maintenance which should correct this problem. This will occur at approximately 12:30pm. Most customers will not be able to access Vendio for a few minutes while we perform the maintenance. Some of our customers will experience a slightly longer down time, but we do not expect it to exceed 20 minutes. Thank you for your patience.

Same story Saturday AM as stated above. Vendo, please correct this once and for all! Geesh! My customers aren't going to buy my item if they can't see it!
I too just received an email this morning from a buyer in California that the pictures are not showing up in the listings. I can see the photos here in Atlanta but she can't. Do you all have any idea when the problem will be totally fixed? Thank you for much.

Anybody has a better solution instead of using Vendio? Would like to see who did changed their service provider by this server outages.

Although this is highly annoying and will impact many a bottom dollar, it is not an utter catastrophe. Vendio has done far worse than this - remember when we couldn't list anything on the reduced listing days? I understand that stuff happens from time to time, and I do believe that ultimately Vendio toughens their game after each tackle. I would hope that this problem will SOON be solved and some COMMUNICATION would show up on the boards from Customer Service. I've looked at other providers occassinally, but Vendio seems to be the best around. I'm pretty sure other companies will have their problems from time to time also. Nothing in cyber-space will work 100% 100% of the time.
