All day here in Ohio I've been trying to access Vendio. Finally, after 4:00 PM EDST, the site is back up.
I'm not sure what's going on...if critical people are on vacation or someone's asleep at the switch. But I can tell you this is not good. We are trying to do business. Many of us now sell online for a living and I'm feeling alot of disrespect coming from Vendio.
For example I feel SMP needs so much work. Post sale management is so clumsy and in dire need of an efficiency makeover. And even logging in is still fouled up.
And all the great user suggestions posted here have come to naught.
And yes, I realize things happen. But these two big crashes in one month has triggered my research into other auction management options.
Good luck with today's aftermath. I would appreciate an honest explanation and perhaps an email in the future should things go this haywire again.
