I posted my first message in aug. 11, 07 at 08:42. I have not got a single reply at all. I do able to see someone else posted at 12:44 and he got a reply at 14:40 by ChristopherCS.
Why is that? Is because you can't answer my question so you just simply skip the question and pretend you did not saw it?
Will that be better if you can at least let me know that you do able to see the problem I having right now and has already forward my concern to technical department?
I don't pay as much as the other high service usage user but if you really DON'T care the web-hosting service customer. Why don't you just shut down the "web-hosting service"?
