I get a Synchcronization failed, unable to resolve server name. when I tried again this popped up. invalid vendio userid/password. I checked everything it is same. tried again. this popped up. synchcronization failed-unable to resolve server name.there is a problem with starting the sync process.please make sure the values entered for poxy host and port under the smpro menu entry edit> preferences are correct. etc. etc.
can't understand why all of a sudden I can't send my batch up to vendio.
This is an issue that we are aware of, however we will need some additional information to better understand and learn how to correct what is happening: Go to 'about smpro' from the help menu, check the box for 'test mode' and then attempt to synch. If it fails, please email us the ampro text file found in your Vendio folder. URL: C:\Program Files\Vendio Please send the email to [email protected].
