OK, I am restricted by ebay which means Vendio will not be making near the money off of me for a while.

I am not angry at vendio, just want to offer some suggestions that may help me not get negatives which will allow vendio to make more money.

1. Offer a flat rate shipping option! You only have first class, priority, etc... this has cost me my business.

2. Make it easier for people to checkout! I don't know what they have to do, but I know they do not like it.

3. Quit making mistakes and relisting items that are already sold! I am under restriction because I did not have the already sold item that vendio decided to relist on its own! (we need to talk about this?) I can't list and can't make any money thanks to the negative due to this mistake.

4. Fees are astronomical and sellers are dropping like flies, so give us restricted sellers a break. I can not pay my ebay fees, I surely can not pay the vendio fees.

Thank you. Please call me for any discussion because I do not want to get nasty or show specifics on the forum. I would like a call soon.

Hello,

1. We are actively working to help with the available shipping options and how they map to the eBay choices. Note however that you can charge a flat rate for shipping by using any of the pre-formatted shipping carrier options or one of the three blank fields in the list of available shipping options. The only difference is that on eBay it doesn't display specifically as 'standard flat rate shipping' but outside of the wording used it works the same.

2. If there was an easier way to enter your name and address, choose a shipping and payment method, we would certainly use it. We are always open for suggestions.

3. I reviewed all of the neutral and negative feedback you received this past month but was unable to locate any comments referencing items being unavailable. We definitely need to talk about this so we can see what prompted the item to launch, and why it seemed as though you had some available when you did not.

4. If your requirements are changing due to this restriction at eBay you can change the plans your on here at Vendio as needed. You do not have to maintain the same plans you have always had, you can even switch month to month as your volume dictates.

No worries on getting nasty, were used to it. Let us know the item number in question for the transaction that you feel caused this issue for you so we can get started and dig into this further with you. Once we get a better idea of what was happening, we can call you if needed to help explain how to avoid it in the future.

If you feel uncomfortable with sharing the item number for the transaction in question, feel free to email it to me directly at [email protected] instead.

We look forward to helping you track down the cause of that issue.

Regards,
Christopher

Hi Christopher, I sincerely did not see your reply and I apologize. I am under a TON of pressure and did not mean to take it out on you for sure.

Ok, let me get my facts together and I will email you. Thank you for the opportunity.

The flat rate option would have stopped about a lot of the negative feedback/refunds given in the past 90 days.

Ebay does offer this option. I will re-read your post because it was confusing to me concerning the flat rate.

Thank you for replying, sorry I flew off the handle. I am a very nice person, but Ebay is affecting my life and many of the problems stem from using vendio (I feel).
