I am using the flat rate power plan, which is not supposed to have final value fees. Yet, I am seeing FVF's on my statement. How do I report this error?

We do not answer billing issues on the community boards. I'll have a billing representative email you in regards to your question tomorrow when they return from the extended Labor Day weekend.
