Hello! I've typed the same posting 2 times and saved them and then copied them and now they have mysteriously disappeared. Any ideas. The auction was for a strawberry pin set. Typed it once, then went back to pending it was gone, typed it again and copied it ...now all are gone. Also, when i uploaded images tonight they show in the image hosting section but not on the pending auction that i copied. I'm really confused and would appreciate your help. Thank you! Debi

Hello Debi,
Is this for the listing "Vintage WEISS STRAWBERRY RHINESTONE PIN Earring SET NR"? You can locate your three copies of this listing by going to "Sales Manager" --> "Control Panel" --> "All Pending". You currently have 8 pending listings. These 3 are last in the list. The "Summary" section will only show your first 5 pending listings.
What is the name of one of the images that you cannot locate within your pending auction?

Hi Nathan, Thank you very much for your fast reply. Honest....I just did exactly what you did and I don't see the strawberry pin set there in pending. I've been using your system for many years under the user id fmlytimes and have never had this problem. Any ideas? Sounds like you can see them but I can't. Thanks! Debi

Hi Debi,
Try clearing your browser cache and see if you can see them then. Be sure you are going to "All Pending", as that is the only view where you will be able to see them.

Hello again Nathan, Ok...here's what I just did. I went back to the "All Pending" section and still didn't' see the "Strawberry Pin" listing so I clicked on the items per page and changed to from 20 to 25 and the 3 "Strawberry Pin" auctions appeared. That is very , very strange since these should show up without changing this. Secondly, when I go into one of those auctions, the images 1640, 1628, 1625, 1624, 1635 do not show up so that I can attach them to the auction. They do show in the "Image Hosting Section". Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks again!

I was able to locate all of these images from within the main listing form for your listing "Vintage WEISS STRAWBERRY RHINESTONE PIN Earring SET NR". Please do confirm that you have tried emptying your browser cache.

Ok....that worked. I cleared my browser and all seems normal now. Thank you for your help. Honest, I was going into "ALL PENDING". Glad the browser thing worked but never had to do that before. Do I need to do something to change some setting on my browser so this doesn't happen again? Thanks! Debi
