I have some combined items that have not been paid for and want to start a UPI dispute, however there is no option to do this on Vendio. The only time that option is offered is for single purchase items. Do I have to do these directly through ebay?
Example: ORDER 950354884
I happened to look up one order that I knew was over the time limit, but also noticed that all other multi-item purchases that were combined did not have the option to file a UPI.
In order to start a UPI dispute on a combined order, you will first need to uncombine the order. In order to do this, first click on the post-sale keys for the combined order. Then click the "Edit Buyer / Split Order" button near the top right of the page. Be sure to uncheck the "Relist" box and click the "Split Order" button. You should then be able to start a UPI dispute for each listing in the order.

Nathan, hope this doesn't sound stupid...
If I uncombine/split the order and file a UPI for each of the items...then if the buyer does pay me, can I re-combine that order again?
I am planning on doing one (a multi-item UPI) this weekend and just want to know how it works. I have done a few single UPIs but thankfully most of my customers pay.
You can. In order to recombine an order go to "Sales Manager" --> "Post Sale" --> "Combinable Items". Then select the listings and click "Combine". If you don't see the listings when you go to "Combinable Items" then you will need to change the "Show" option. Look at the top right of the page and you will see "Show" followed by a drop-down box. Change the "last 2 weeks" (that shows as the default option in this drop-down box) to a longer period of time (such as "last 90 days" ) and you should then be able to see the listings. Please let us know if you have any trouble with this.
Regards,
Nathan

Thanks Nathan, no problem searching for combinable items over 2 weeks. I guess I just wanted to make sure that the winners name is not deleted off an item if I separate the order. Sounds like I can just combine the order back again, and that's what I wanted to hear! ...I'm being optimistic that they will pay for the items!
