I depend heavily on Profiles to list. Some of my profiles are not filling out the shipping information correctly and shipping does not show in my eBay auctions. This wasn't a big deal (I also have shipping stated in my description) until this week when eBay changed it's search to include shipping when sorting by price. Now all of these listings are put at the bottom of both the highest to lowest AND lowest to highest searches. I have tried to go in and edit my profiles. Everything looks good. I look at the listing before I schedule it, everything looks OK - then when it launches to eBay, no shipping! I have a dummy listing in inmy Pending listings (The one titled Vendio Look) if you could help me diagnose the problem. Thanks
You should expect an announcement from us about this shortly.
In order to correct the problem for your listings, you will need to specify shipping costs for eBay checkout. For the example that you provided you will need to select "I am specifying shipping costs for eBay checkout" under the main listing form.
For your profiles, you can edit this information by going to the eBay Site Specifics. Please let us know if you continue to have trouble with this.

Thanks, Nathan. I checked EBay Site Specifics under My Account and Show Shipping in eBay Is checked. Then, I went into one of the affected profiles, saw that there is a link to eBay Site Specifics there, went in and checked and Show Shipping in eBay was NOT checked - very odd! Thanks for your quick reply. This was driving me nuts!

I use to have this problem that you mentioned pixamom. it occurred when i used the Sales Manager Pro offline tool. i do not use it any more since it is a dinosaur, maybe you use it and this may be causing your problem.
pixiamom: Sorry for the confusion. That is correct. The eBay Site Specifics under "My Account" is only for future new listings/inventory items/profile items. For items that existed prior to the default being set, you will need to make the edit from the item itself.
rpm757: When creating a listing in Sales Manager Pro, be sure that you have selected "I am specifying shipping costs for eBay checkout" under the "Payment Instructions & Details" button in the "eBay Site Information" tab.
