Something weird happened with two different people paying for one of my items - one was a legitimate buyer; the other thought they purchased it. Both Paypal payments looked the same and listed the winning user ID. When I was talking with eBay support, they mentioned a link I had under Payment. I wanted to ask you guys about that. It is under the Payment types and the Custom wording. I include the Paypal logo and apprently it is clickable and you can enter a check-out from there. This may be where this wrong buyer went through to pay. I would like a Paypal logo there, so can you tell me what I need to replace it with?

Hello,

I do see where you have entered a PayPal logo under the "Custom Payment Note" section. If you need to change this to a different PayPal logo you would need to contact PayPal for assistance obtaining the correct HTML code. This section can be edited by going to "Global Preferences" --> "Payment Types" --> "Custom Payment Note".

Regards,
Nathan
