I noticed that unsold items that I've relisted or moved into the eBay store, are still listed as unsold in the control panel. I have a whole bunch of store items that ended on Oct 19th, that have been re-listed that still show there, and a bunch of ended listings on the 17th that I put into the eBay store. Can you please look into this and move them out of the control panel, or tell me how to do it. This is going to screw me up down the line if they're still in there later on.

No response from Vendio, so am putting this back up to the top. Tried refreshing. Still have not moved over. Please do this on your end, or tell me how to do it. Also have an auction that did not show up in the PSM and tried importing it in, but still never showed up.

Christopher:

I feel you're treating this issue like I just signed up for Vendio and this is my first problem. I have been with you guys for years now, and I know how this works. These were all re-lists not copies. I'm not going to list item numbers because there's TOO MANY!! I'm asking you to look on the listings that ended on the 17th and the 19th. On the 17th, I had a bunch of items that did not sell that I put into the eBay store. On the 19th, I had a bunch of store items that I relisted. You will see them when you look on those dates. They should NOT be still in the control panel. Please look into this issue further and advise.

I had this happen too (was relisting from unsold auction to store inventory). I thought maybe they didn't move because they were a little more than 60 days old and Vendio must have used a copy instead of the actual listing? But I don't recall this happening before when I relisted items more than 60 days old to my store. I archived them so I wouldn't relist again

Christopher - I have been moving auction items from unsold auctions for years and they always moved OFF of the unsold when I did, even though technically they were copies and not relists. Just this week I noticed that they were not moving off of my unsold list. This is very critical because I use my unsold list to determine which items need to go to my store - if they reappear there after I move them to the store then I can no longer rely on this list!

I'm getting pretty irritated right now. Here is a sample of items that have NOT moved off my control panel as unsold items. As I said before, I have been doing the same thing for years and I know they're supposed to move off the page. Just as Neglus mentioned above, if I see it still on the control panel, I think of it as needing attention - either re-listed or moved to the eBay store. I just did a bunch of re-lists of store items yesterday and all of those moved off the panel. The following HAVE NOT moved off, and need to. There is a problem with your system and I want it looked into.

120163930664

120163930654

120163930640

120170997359

120170993860

120170993795

The first three were items that did not sell that I moved to the eBay store; the next three items were store items that I re-listed back to the eBay store. PLEASE FIX!!!

Christopher - if toyspast was relisting ebay store items as store items, they would be same venue but not eligible for relist credit as store items are not eligible. BTW none of the "free" September listings are technically eligible for relist credit as there was no listing fee. Are you using eligibility for relist credit as the criteria here?

Previously when I relist an unsold auction item to my store, ebay shows the item with a "relisted symbol" and refers the buyers to the new item on ebay (even if that number is a store number). The only way they can do this is if we treat it as a RELIST and not as a copy. Copied items are not referred to a new listing.

Example:
Item number: 160138521839 unsold on Ebay on July 15th refers to Item number: 160165948819 in my store.

I think it is VERY IMPORTANT for unsolds to show this referral in case buyers are watching for a relist. Also, we wouldn't be able to use eBay as a cross-check because our relists would not be updated there any more.

Hello,

Sorry for the confusion, let's start over.

toyspast

You had mentioned the following:

Can you please look into this and move them out of the control panel, or tell me how to do it

..as well as this:

I just did a bunch of re-lists of store items yesterday and all of those moved off the panel.

It is my understanding that this issue is isolated to that group of items and that this is no longer an issue for items your working on currently, is that correct? (I tested this in my own account and the true relisted items did remove themselves from unsold, and just wondering what your results were)

Also, if your wondering how to move the items out of the control panel yourself, as asked above, you can put a check mark next to it and click the button labeled 'Archive' - or we can do it for you, just let us know.

neglus

You mention this happening on all of your relists currently. Can you forward us an item number in your account where this has happened recently, if its still a problem on your account as well? There were some site issues back on the 19th that could have caused this issue, but we need to keep digging if your still seeing it on recent items.

Regards,
Christopher

Hello,

The last thing to watch for would be importing. Triggering an import will bring these items back into your account.

I have no idea if you did an import or not, but that would be something to watch out for when seeing items in your account that shouldn't be there.

Christopher

Christopher:

You made this comment which is not showing up on the board:

"The last thing to watch for would be importing. Triggering an import will bring these items back into your account.

I have no idea if you did an import or not, but that would be something to watch out for when seeing items in your account that shouldn't be there."

I did import around the 18th or 19th. This item 120167435190 has not shown up in my control panel. I tried importing it but it STILL is not showing up. Very frustrating. Can you get it to show up?

Yes, the items on the 17th and 19th are the only ones I have to report at this time. I've imported before and not had stuff reappear in my panel. You made mention of some problems on the 17th. Perhaps those site issues have something to do with this, da ya think??? I don't remember if I tried to import before or after I relisted all those items. Not sure why it would effect it.

Tell me about archiving. Will it affect any of the auctions that are currently listed? I guess I should do it since, I assume, you have to know which ones have been re-listed and which ones haven't. I don't want to trust that you guys will archive correctly. Sorry, but not a whole lot of trust here.

Christopher - I don't think I said ALL of my items - or if I did I didn't mean it. The last time I moved something to my store was indeed the 19th and that may have been when I noticed. I don't even remember the circumstances - just that it did happen and I thought it was weird - I archived the unsolds that didn't move (if I have any archives this month those would have been the ones) and didn't think much about it until I read this post.

I am relieved to hear it was just a freak issue and not the way things will be going forward! I relisted some items auction to auction yesterday and they seemed to have moved off PSM unsold items ok. Thanks for checking in to it. Do you still want some of the numbers? Is there a way to see my archived items?

More bad news. I was wrong. It's not just the 17th and 19th. All the ones on the 13th and all the ones on the 10th are back in my panel also. I bet if I keep going back they're ALL BACK in my panel!! And I know all those previous items had been re-listed before, and I don't think they were there before. If importing does this, then that is a HUGE issue that you need to address. Why the heck would it import items that had already been re-listed and had intially moved out of the panel?? Doesn't make sense, and something seems very very wrong.

UPDATE: I went into one of the ones that ended on the 10th, and tried to do a relisting and it does say it was an imported listing. Where this becomes a problem is when I search for unsold items and want to do a relist. Have you ever tried to do a re-list of an imported item? The whole thing is out of whack!!!!! Do you have a way to target only IMPORTED listings?? If so, I want them all out of there. I don't have the time to go back 7 years!!!!

Actually, went back and checked and stuff was imported all the way back to Sept 20th. I didn't find any problems on random checks after that.
