Images are GONE in listings. Image Service Unavailable. Can you acknowledge that you are aware of problem and working on it please?

I am having the same trouble. No photos -- Service Unavailable. Also, there are no photo showing up in any of my eBay listings. Can you please update us on problem? Thank you. Susan

Same issues here (and I stayed home from the office to work on listings and updates this morning too).
How about someone from Vendio verifying the issues and at least let us know it's being looked into (a non-canned response would be nice.
I'd rather have the old look and not lose sales.
