I have already had one email from a buyer who told me there was no pictures.

There is absolutely no picutres in my listings that I relisted today, and I relisted them today from pending. They have all had pictures and have been listed before on eBay, so there is VENDIOS FAULT!

Auction #'s 180172665830 , 180172665831 , 180172667576 , 180172667593 , 180172669582 , 180172671297 , 180172673084 , 180172673101 , 180172675600 , 180172675925 , 180172676767 , 180172676769 , 180172676773 , 180172678556 , 180172680234 , 180172682181 , 180172688324 , 180172690002 , 180172693292

Items that I scheduled yesterday had pictures, verything I did today have NONE!!!

Vendio told me there was no problem with pictures listing to eBay, so I listed!! There is major problems, there are no pictures on my auctions!! I specifically asked so I would not have these problems!!!

I will be refunded for each and every auction that has picture problems. RIGHT NOW!

You WILL pay me back and you owe me for my time as well!

Hello Aaron,

Correct, auctions already live on eBay that did not show images that were properly attached were again showing those attached images.

Your listings show no images at all, not to be confused with images that aren't loading.

Were these items just sitting in pending scheduled to be listed this afternoon already, where you had already created and saved all of the data and simply allowed them to launch?

Since you cannot view or edit any image data on your pending items at this time, if you edit the item when there are no images showing at all and then SAVE that data in it's current state, you will in fact save it in its current state - with no images.

When did you last save data to these items, that you recall?

Sorry for the inconvenience, we will work with you to find out what the cause and solution to this issue is.

Regards,
Christopher

All of my images were properly attached.

I asked and you told me no items that were being listed to eBay were having any problems with pictures. You said they were showing on eBay, but not on Vendio.

All 19 items were worked on today.

16 were copied and relisted straight from pending items (which all had correct pictures), and 3 were in pending as new auctions and prices were added to them. All the items were showing pictures.

All these items had pictures. Vendio failed to list any of them correctly. All most all items got listed with Gallery pictures, which I always use (2-4 items are missing gallery). Vendio forgot to add the 4-8 pictures I have in the description on all the items.

I will have to go look at everything else I did and listed for tomorrow and Thursday as well.

I need to be refunded for both eBay and Vendio fees, and Vendio owes me for my time as well.

Aaron,

When you were working on these items today and making your changes/etc, you could see all of the images properly attached?

If so, was this before the outage started this morning?

I made no new listings from scratch today. There was no way to. I relisted items in pending by copying 16 of them over and 3 were new auctions that already had the pictures. The 3 items needed prices. The 16 items copied over and showed pictures on almost all the items. the ones that did not show full pictures showed a combination of pictures, and white images, where pictures should be.

Vendio shows white pictures when there is a picture, but Vendio is just not showing / delivering the image. I know this from many Vendio problems in the past.

I had to pull items from pending because Vendio did not allow me to create new auctions.

Vendio showed none of my items with pictures, nor even missing pitcures, which it should have.

Again I was told that these pictures were not showing on Vendio, but were showing on eBay.

Hello Aaron,

The engineers are checking into the possible causes with your items not posting with images. Since the items posted without pictures, Vs just not displaying them properly, the issue isn't going to fix itself now that the image hosting issue (problem) has been repaired.

You will want to end the items early so you can request a credit from eBay for their related fees and then do the same from Vendio. (at which point you would need to edit and relist the items with the images properly attached.)

The thought is that editing and saving while the outage was happening dropped the images.
While we did say that auctions posted to eBay before with images attached were still displaying them properly, actually creating listings and making changes to items and then posting DURING the outage was never addressed and does appear to have been problematic for your specific items. As soon as we know more we will post back to this thread.

Christopher

I only clicked save on 2, or 3 of the 19 items. I was NEVER told not to. I copied pending auctions of 16 items and never clicked save on one of them.

"*While we did say that auctions posted to eBay before with images attached were still displaying them properly, actually creating listings and making changes to items and then posting DURING the outage was never addressed and does appear to have been problematic for your specific items.*"

Funny, when I look back at your original response, I do not see this huge asterisk. This is something you just made up. If you new of a problem and told me when I ASKED, I would not have listed one item today!

I specifically asked if there were any problems. I was told pictures were not showing on vendio, but they would be shown on eBay.

They were not shown on eBay.

If there was some way that items were not posting correctly to eBay, and it was Vendio's glitch, it was Vendio's responsibility to inform its users of those problems, esp. when I asked exactly that before I even listed!

I am out time and money. Why should eBay and I fit the bill for Vendio's mistake?

Why can't you just auto refund the .06 x 19 = a big $1.14 of Vendio fees right away? You drag your feet on EVEYTHING when it comes to responsibility.

Why do you leave my time out? I have to deal with Vendio, expalin thing multiple times, try to get money back from you, you want me to contact eBay to refund money on your mistake and glitch, I have to end my items, I have to go find over 100 images to add back into those items, and have to relist them again!

Vendio needs to credit the Vendio fees, the eBay fees, and my time.

Aaron

Hi Aaron,

There was no known problem that we didn't relay to you, and my apologies if what I said truly did give you that impression.
I was simply trying to clarify the issue further and it appears only caused you greater confusion.

When we hear back from engineering on the cause of the errors you ran into we'll let you know.

Regards,
Christopher

The cause is that Vendio is glitchy.

The cause is Vendio's problem. It is Vendio's glitch, and does need to be fixed, but I do not need to wait to be refunded for it!

There is no reason to drag your feet. Pay me back.

Either Vendio had a glitch, or on just half of the items I listed today I went crazy and deleted each picture by hand, one by one by one, from items I have listed many multiple times with pictures.

Which do you think it is, a Vendio glitch, or I went crazy?

Admit the glitch and refund me, or call me a liar.

Stop wasting my time.

Aaron

It has been three days now, and I have not received a response, email, message, or phone call from billing, or anyone one else from Vendio.

I am now having people email me to say that can't see pictures. Are you down again? Please check this item because I don't see pictures either 180171775160. Please fix, mnk.

Hello mnk,

What are you seeing in place of the images?

I checked this item just now and the images appear to be loading properly. There was however a short blip about 20 minutes ago where the login page was loading quite slowly, and its possible that this was a side effect to someone viewing images at that particular time.

You should however have no trouble viewing them currently, so please let us know if this seems to persist.

Christopher

Christopher, thank you. It must have been a glitch or something. I was seeing white boxes with No Pictures Available, but I cleared the cache and refreshed and now I am seeing pics again. I also asked the ebayer to refresh the ebay page, no word so I believe they were able to see the pics again. Thanks for your quick answer! Have a great day, Mnk.

It has been eight days since I sent in an email to billing, and called and talked to Vendio and left my phone number.

I have received no response from Vendio, or billing, and no credit.

Eight days is not as soon as possible.

Ron,

This is an ongoing issue ( from eight days ago, and constantly for five years that Vendio is glitchy and refuses to accept any responsiblity) that I have with Vendio and many others on these boards have. I will not explain myself to you and am not interested in your opinion.

You do not have to explain yourself at all. I guess if you acted the way you act in the messages above I probably would not return your phone calls either.
Respect will get you a long ways in life sir.

No problem at all. I can take it but I see that you are just like the rest of the population. You fail to look at the 32,000+ positive feedbacks from over 25,000 satisfied customers. As the old saying goes, you will never please everyone. Ever take a look at eBay's biggest sellers lately? If not here are a couple links for you. I think Im doing pretty well compared to these guys.
