I have an item I keep getting an error message on. It is in my pending section. Can you tell me why it will not post to ebay. I can find no reason for it not to list.
Thanks
The full error message from eBay on this item is as follows:
"Attention Seller:
In order to maintain a safe trading environment, selling limits are occasionally placed on accounts. When listing this item, the site you are listing on must match your site of registration and the item can only be shipped within the same country. Please go back and make the necessary changes.
To participate in global trade on eBay, please follow the steps below to verify your PayPal account. Once you have a verified PayPal account that is linked to your eBay account, you will be able to sell an item on any of eBay's sites worldwide.
1) To verify your PayPal account, click on your country of eBay registration below to understand how to complete that process.
2) If you already have a verified PayPal account, and are still receiving this message, you need to link it to your eBay account.
For instructions on how to become PayPal Verified or how to link your PayPal account to your eBay account, please click on the site of your eBay registration below: United States."
It looks like you will either need to follow the link above to verify (or reverify) your PayPal account, or eliminate your international shipping options and indicate that you only ship to domestic locations.

I finally got it to post. It had nothing to do with paypal but something in the title. I had the manufacturer of the item in the title and it did not like that, though I have no idea why but once I removed that it posted. Any ideas why that might be?

I had a similar problem with an Ivory Soap ad. It would not load until I removed International shipping. Why? because Ivory products are banned in some countries.
Uhhh..this is a soap ad, not an Ivory product. Of course, there is no recourse because we are listing through VD not eBay.
So, I removed the International shipping, listed it and then went in and added it back on eBay.
eBay just gets wierd sometimes. What is really wierd is that one Ivory ad is the only one of several that I had a problem with.
