When I click on my preview listing before putting it into auction, I noticed that a gallery fee is being tacked on, but I don't have one nor did not click on add gallery picture. I have tried different things to change it, but nothing. If I go ahead and click button to put into auction I will be charged $.75 instead of the $.35. Help!
Can you save this item in pending and then let us know the title to take a look for you?
As long as the 'eBay gallery' option isn't enabled they shouldn't charge you, but I want to be sure there isn't some other extra feature you may have enabled that is causing that difference in fees.
There was a gallery picture attached, but the gallery option itself was not enabled. The fee shows up regardless and is likely related to the free gallery promo eBay is doing right now.
You will be charged appropriately, it is only the preview page that is wrong.
