Below is an email from our buyer. For years, this has been an issue with our buyers, how do you suggest I explain this?

Hello, I won the RL Bucks County Floral Kingbedskirt in the ebay auction. Although I tried to pay several times through ebay using paypal, it doesn't seem to work. I also saw your email with pay instructions, but it appeared in inbox with emails that should not be trusted. Can you please send me an invoice again? Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Since you use a company to send email on your behalf, but the email shows as being from your address, some spam filters will incorrectly categorize the email as junk.
This is why it is important to check your junk and spam folders for email that you know to be legit.

As for what you should say to someone asking if the email is from you or if its fraud, let them know it is legit and that you did send it for them to use in the checkout process.
