This has happened periodically in the past and it's one of my top peeves with you Vendio. A customer buys an item of mine and it DOES NOT move over to the closed panel. Unless they pay for the item right away, I don't know that it sold! I'm sure I've lost several items over the years because I didn't follow up with the buyer and they never contacted me. I had TWO items yesterday that I had to refresh from active to get them to move to Closed. Is there ANYTHING you can do about this?? Even if you could supply some sort of refresh button, that could refresh ALL of your active auctions at once, and then we could do that on our own periodically if we suspect things have not closed. How I have to do it now, is to go through 20 pages and refresh, and sometimes that doesn't even work because it might take 2, 3, or more times to refresh. Please address this problem ASAP.
