Hello,
I have my account setup to send "buyer appreciation" emails to my customers when they bid and when they win an auction. However, no emails appear to be getting through. In the Vendio "buyer appreciation" section, it shows emails were sent. But, I checked yesterday with the high bidder and buyer. He recieved no emails as of 24 hours later. Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone have a solution?

Nathan,
Item number: 250195327336 closed out yesterday. No emails were received by
me or the buyer. I was expecting 4: One to each of us for bidding and one
to each of us after buying. Thanks for your help.

Hello Mike,
Thank you for the information. You should receive a copy of the emails that are sent to your buyers, but you should not receive a copy of the emails that are sent to your bidders (due to eBay rules).
I have escalated this to our engineering group as a high-priority issue. We are actively evaluating the issue and hope to have a resolution shortly.
