Can't you set up the custom listing text boxes (that we want in our templates) to utilize the HTML editor instead of having to know html?
I just finally got around to taking out all my stuff about Bidpay in one section, and I really had to slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwly sift through all the copy and html to make sure I was only extracting the Bidpay stuff.
It would make things so much easier.
....unless I'm just being an idiot and you already offer that option ......
That is a great suggestion (to have an HTML editor available for the Custom Listing Text), and I will be happy to pass your message along to our product development team for evaluation.
Please also note that it is not necessary to use HTML for your Custom Listing Text (if you do not use HTML when entering your Custom Listing Text, then it will use the formatting that is specified in your template).

Hmmmmm .... I'm not sure I understood the last part of your answer: are you saying that if I don't use html, then it would hold spacing, paragraphs, etc.? I understand it will use my font choice, but I didn't know about the other stuff.
In this case, I had to extract a logo, logo link, etc., and it was really painful without HTML editor.

Well, I guess I'm in a custom listing text mode today, so I thought I'd check and see if this suggestion is still being looked at?

Thanks, you're right and I do use basic html, and actually I plowed my way through some kind of complicated html to do my custom listing text boxes ... but it would be so much easier (and faster) to rework or redesign if we could have the same wysiwyg feature we have on the auction description box.
