In my active listing (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250208275552&ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:US:1123)
if one plugs in their zip code, it comes up with shipping for 1 item only. What do I need to do to make it ask for # desired & give a combined shipping amount? This is an item that is usually bought in multiples.

Unfortunately the Vendio shipping calculator isn't setup at this time to factor in the cost of multiple wins of the same item - not until the checkout process is actually completed.
The buyer can however use the eBay shipping calculator seen at the bottom of the listing to do just that - as seen in this more recent listing of this same item.
