In the last few months I have been unable to select certain categories when listing on ebay thru vendio. Such as Collectibles. I select the Collectibles category and it does not show me any sub-categories. I try the old way of selecting it (which is shown on a link) and this does not work. I have written Vendio several times, but their advice does not work, they say it is just a problem with AOL. Does anybody else have this problem? Vendio tells me to clear the cache, which I do, and re-load. It does not work. What I am left to do is launch the auction under a wrong catalogue and then goe thru ebay and revise the category to the correct one. Which is a pain1!
Please try using a different browser and let us know whether or not it gives you the same problem. Please let us know the results, and which browsers you tried.
