I use Vendio Redirect for all purchases at my store on ebay. Lately, there have been a rash of purchases made on ebay, where the items have not been combined. My first thought is that since many of these buyers are new to me, and to ebay, they are not aware of the shopping cart in my item descriptions.
Could Vendio, would Vendio, please apply a color to the shopping cart button? Perhaps this would further assist buyers in locating the shopping cart.
I hesitate to ask, because then I'm told that the suggestion will be given to someone for future action. This is not something for future action. Perhaps the engineering department can fit this into present action so that your customers who use Vendio Redirect, will have their sales and checkout go smoothly. Who knows, perhaps there might be repeat sales gained from smooth transactions.

Hello Bill,
Do not hesitate to ask, that's how a lot of changes are evaluated. Don't be offended either that your suggestion has been passed along, as that's what needs to happen for it to be seen by those in charge of making such changes.
He's just a suggestion now, but he could make it all the way to capitol hill and become part of the system soon!
That being said, did you have any suggestions for color? It would need to work with all color of backgrounds, whatever it ends up being.
Regards,
Christopher

I think my button is yellow. It shows up at the end of the listing and there is some verbage such as: For fastest processing of your order please use the eBay approve checkout link.
I did have problems in the past where multiple eBay purchases when using Redirect would not combine on eBay.
PS: I'm closed on eBay this and last week and seeing good sales in my vendio store. That shows me that sales are most likely coming from Search engines, not eBay. One was to the Props Dept at Disney World...1909 hat ads.
