I have just uploaded a number of images but have got the following message on some of the thumbnails "Sorry, this image is currently unavailable, please check back later". Now I know the image is there, in fact if I click on the image it shows yet I can't get rid of this message and get the image to show as a thumbnail. Any suggestions. Thanks.

Hello,
That is odd. Is this still happening for your future uploads, or did it happen at that time, but not since then? Also, please try reuploading one of the images that has this problem (and overwrite the existing image), and let us whether or not that corrects the problem.

Hi, I have tried overwriting the original images but still the same. I have also deleted all the images that were causing the problem, waited for 30 minutes and uploaded all again. I still am receiving the same message. Ed

Hello,
There may have been some META data causing the thumbnails to fail to generate. I reuploaded those two images for you with 123 at the end of the filename and it seems to have been accepted without error.

Hi, I have tried that but it hasn't worked. Looks like I will have to rescan all my images again and use completly different numbers.

Thanks Guys, I have changed the numbers and all the images that were causing problems have uploaded OK. Still can't work out why some got through and others didn't but at least all OK now. Thanks again. Ed
