13 listings just got error:
The following message was returned from the scheduler while attempting to list your auction:
Internal Database Failure. The auction data could not be retrieved from the database for Vendio ID 01awch00000000000973271503XX.
03/02/2008 01:04:00 PM US-Pacific Time Zone
The auction could not be inserted/previewed due to an unanticipated processing error. Please try again later or contact Vendio to provide specific details regarding this error or to obtain assistance.
I've been reporting these for a week now. What is the deal? Thanks.

Hello Beth,
I checked your account, but I was unable to locate any errored listings currently in the account. Did they relist successfully on relaunch? Also, has this problem been intermittent for you, or does it happen every time?

It is now happening every time. I have to go in and relist each one individually because after the error, it removes the CIS.
If you just try to resubmit them the CIS don't show up.
I will leave the new batch in there for a while.

Hello Beth,
Thank you for the information. While this is a similar error to the one that people were reporting on the 28th, it is a different problem. This problem is related to various computer/browser settings. Our engineers are working on the problem, and have narrowed down the cause. However, I do not yet have a specific eta available. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

Hello Beth,
Do the listings launch successfully if you do not reenter the Custom Item Specifics? Or do they fail on relaunch either way? Also, it is possible (but not definite) that it may work successfully for you if you use a different browser. Please try using a different browser as a temporary workaround, and let us know if that makes a difference.
